1. What the service is

A searchable digest of corporate insolvency notices published in The Belfast Gazette. It is for general information only.

2. Not advice, not a credit check

Nothing here is legal, financial or credit advice, and a listing is not a statement about the solvency of any company today. Notices can be superseded — a petition may be dismissed, an administration may end in rescue. Before acting, read the original Gazette notice and the company's record at Companies House, or take professional advice.

3. Accuracy

Grouping notices by company, mapping postcodes to council areas and naming practitioner firms are automated, best-effort steps and can be wrong. We correct errors promptly once told about them.

4. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

5. Re-use

Notice data is Crown copyright, re-used under the Open Government Licence v3.0; you may re-use it from The Gazette on the same terms. The site's own texts, layout and code may not be copied wholesale or scraped automatically.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.
