Correction or removal of an entry
Please give the company name, its number (NI…) and the page address. We will check the entry against the Gazette notice and usually reply within five working days. We fix our own mistakes — a misread procedure, a wrong council area, two companies merged by mistake — straight away. Where the notice itself is wrong, the person who placed it (normally the insolvency practitioner) has to ask The Gazette to publish a correction; we then follow the corrected notice. A rescued company or a dismissed petition can be annotated on request.
